1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service with us at any time before the work has commenced. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone. Once work has begun on your project, cancellation may result in fees for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Custom projects: For custom website development projects, if cancellation occurs after work has begun but before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation at our standard hourly rate.

2. Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our services, we adhere to the following refund policy:

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on your project.
  • Completed work: No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed and delivered to the client.
  • Unsatisfactory work: If you are dissatisfied with our work, we will do our best to resolve the issue without any additional charges and will not consider a refund. We will try our best to make you satisfied - to do the work to your satisfaction. But if it is not done on our part - if we cannot do the work, we will decide to refund your money.
  • Subscription services: In case of ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, etc.), we are at your side 24hrs to help you if you encounter any usage difficulties. Providing the right service to take your money. So that you do not have to pay back the money.

3. Project Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project and refund any remaining balance (minus fees for work completed) for the following reasons:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days
  • Abusive behavior towards our staff
  • Violation of our terms of service

4. Change Requests

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may affect the project timeline and cost. Significant changes may require a new agreement and additional fees.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, we will refund your money and at no additional charge. Regards.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting for all new projects.

Note:

If we are unable to complete the work or if we realize that we cannot complete the work, we will refund your money within 24 hours and without any additional charges.

From the start of your work, you will need to make 50% money advance payments for half of the work and full payment when your work is complete.

Money is not refunded because, we have 10 years of experience, so your work will be complete and to your liking. And we will use both our time and effort to make it to your liking and it will be to your liking.
